His responsibilities went beyond selling, frequently encompassing association partnership management, insurance product creation, and direct negotiations with underwriters and carriers.

Eventually, Michael shifted gears to launch his own business, Get Quotes Consulting, LLC, which focused on helping companies improve their insurance portfolios through independent, referral-based consulting. The model delivered his clients high-quality coverage options, streamlined operations, and meaningful cost savings. This transition reflected the part of the job he enjoyed most: solving problems for people.
